Chidinma supports the development and implementation of energy savings calculations, market analysis, and forecasts of technology adoption and energy savings for the Efficient Technology Accelerator (ETA), CEE’s flagship market transformation program. This includes analytical support to regulatory filings that further market transformation goals.

Prior to joining CEE in 2021, Chidinma worked for the Maryland Energy Administration supporting incentive programs for a variety of clean energy technologies including residential solar, electric vehicle car chargers, and energy storage.

Chidinma holds a BA in applied mathematics and statistics from Macalester College in Saint Paul.
